\nMuhammad Faiq Shah, founder and chairman of the Amun Taraqqi Party asked feuding politicians to show \u2018maturity and unity\u2019, calling for \u201cending bitterness\u201d and giving way to cooperation and forgiveness to steer the country out of the crisis. Mr Shah in a statement here on Tuesday emphasized that the country\u2019 economy, peace and integrity should be prioritized and focus on modern tech, resource and diplomacy for investment and export so that the destiny and future of the whole nation will change.
\nHe called for early completion of development projects in health, education, industry, energy sector, as well as CPEC, Gwadar and other infrastructure improvement schemes.
\nThe party chief said the law and justice system must be ensured on an equitable basis, and called for the introduction of such a system, we need to form a joint board with composition of all stakeholders.
\nHe suggested those people who would fail to perform well, should be removed.
\nFaiq claimed ATP-designed plan gives a complete guarantee of Pakistan\u2019s prosperity and progress.
\nHe noted poor people are erasing owing to rising inflation, poverty and unemployment and anarchy prevail everywhere, asking to abandon the lust of power to give priority to uplift of the nation.
\nShah has labelled the 2024 elections as a repetition of the 2018 elections, asserting that these would not result in a stable government.
\nThe party leader remarked that Pakistani politics was dominated by feudal lords and mafia with vested interests.
\nHe emphasised that if the prevailing political landscape in Pakistan was not rectified, the state itself could not be fixed.
\nThe ATP chief lamented the squandering of a substantial sum of Rs50 billion from the national treasury in the elections.
\nHe cautioned that rigging and alterations in the poll results would exacerbate chaos and corruption.
