Mardan: A citizen of Par Hoti area appealed and demanded of the police high-ups to order an impartial inquiry following by taking a stern departmental action against some police officials who were allegedly involved in harassment and manhandled of his younger brother. The complainant identified as Nasir Ali, stated in his application that his younger brother named as Hasnain Bacha-aged 19-years old- was missing from his home from February 2 to 7 of the current month. However, he told that officials of central Jail Mardan called on his mobile number on February 7, that his younger brother was present over there in the prison. DNA
\nThe complainant told that he along with his other relatives rushed to the Mardan Jail where they were informed by the prison officials that Mr. Hasnain Bacha was booked under two FIRs No. 157 and 137 by the personnel of Par Hoti police station and Hoti police station respectively.
\nHe said that they were stunned when the prison officials told that, two FIRs- one for use of Ice drugs and the second for committing a rape-act with a neighbor minor, was registered against his brother.
\nHe blamed that his brother was booked under false and fabricated firs by the police officials as his brother was not involved in any kind of drugs or other illegal activities.
\nThe complainant demanded of the police high-ups to carry out an impartial inquiry into the case as his brother was innocent.
\nHe also appealed for provision for speedy justice into the case. He alleged that some police officials were harassing and manhandling his brother.
\nHe asked the authorities concerned to take stern departmental action against those officials who were found involved in the illegal arrest of his brother.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
