The CJP Qazi Faez Isa remarked the children cannot benefit in higher education. The teachers are preferring administrative work in HEC to teaching the children. The previous government is in KP<br \/>\nProfessor Dr Muhammad Shafi told the court Director Education has control of headmaster in the entire province. In the previous era of PTI, juniors were appointed instead of seniors.<br \/>\nThe CJP remarked don\u2019t make any political talk with the court.<br \/>\nJustice Irfan remarked this way the appointment of director becomes fully political.<br \/>\nSecretary Education KP said court should evolve some procedure and we will implement it.<br \/>\nJustice Irfan remarked evolving procedure is job of government and not of court.<br \/>\nThe court while adjourning the hearing of the case after Eid summoned policy from chief secretary and secretary HEC on the matter of appointment and transfer of director in KP HEC. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Appointment of director in KP HEC ISLAMABAD Supreme Court (SC) has sought policy from chief secretary and secretary High Education Commission within two weeks on the matter of appointment and transfer of director in Higher Education Commission (HEC) KP.
