\nPakistan echoed this call for action, reaffirming its commitment to addressing water challenges and promoting sustainability. Innovative technologies and practices, such as desalination plants and water-efficient agricultural techniques, are being embraced to combat water scarcity and pollution.
\nMohammad Nawaz, an expert in water reserve management, stressed the urgency of safeguarding water resources.
\nHe highlighted the unsustainable use of underground water sources and the need to capture rainwater through small dams and ponds for domestic use and conservation.
\nHe emphasized the importance of monitoring and balancing water systems to address challenges posed by climate change.

Despite progress, challenges persist, especially in regions facing water stress and conflict. Pollution, over-extraction, and unequal distribution exacerbate water insecurity, highlighting the need for collective action to safeguard this precious resource.

Meanwhile, Renowned composer and music director Nisar Bazmi was remembered on the occasion of his death anniversary on Friday.
\nHe was born on December 1, 1924 in Mumbai in religious family.Syed Nisar Ahmed changed his last name to Bazmi to embark on a film music career. He was hired by the All India Radio in 1939 as an artist and the first composed songs in 1944, which were broadcast on the Bombay Radio Station.
\nHis first film, \u201cJumna Paar\u201d, was released in 1946 and immediately established him as a first-rate composer. Bazmi composed songs for more than 40 films in India, 28 of which were released before he migrated to Pakistan in 1960s. Overall he composed music for more than 60 Pakistani films.
