A 3-member bench of EC presided over by member Sindh issued written order rejecting the petition for recounting of votes and correction of result. It has been told in the decision that correct results were issued as per Returning officer report.  Form 47 was issued according to Form 45.  The petitioner can resort to election tribunal.
