\nIrfan Mehsud became the first Pakistani to hold 100 Guinness World Records in less than 8 years and Irfan Mehsud completed the century of Guinness World Records by breaking the Guinness World Record of Italy\u2019s Marcello Ferri.
\nItaly\u2019s Marcelo set a world record by lifting 56 kg with his toes, which Irfan Mehsud broke by lifting 63 kg. Irfan Mehsud has made 46 records at the world level in the push-ups category.
\nIrfan Mehsud has set 31 records with a weight of 100 pounds. Irfan Mehsud has so far held the world record of 100 lbs, 80 lbs, 60 lbs and 40 lbs.
\nIrfan Mehsud has set records for Marshall Pushups, Squats, Jumping Jacks, Step Ups, Knee Strikes, Elbow Strikes, Side Jumps, High Jumps, and Star Champs etc. Irfan Mehsud has broken the world records of 16 countries so far in which America, Great Britain, India, China, Norway, Germany, France, Finland, Philippines, Spain, Italy, Lebanon, Egypt, Iraq, Pakistan, Syria are included. \nGuinness World Records approved three new records set by Pakistani athlete Irfan Mehsood.
\nAccording to the details, the three new records registered by Masood included the most push-ups (fingertips, carrying 60 lb pack) in one minute, most step-ups in one minute carrying a 100 lb pack and the longest time in a reverse abdominal plank position carrying a 100 lb pack.
\nMasood carried 58 push-ups to beat the previous record of 49 of the most push-ups with fingertips and carrying a 60 lb pack. Similarly, he registered 50 step-ups in one minute carrying a 100 lb pack surpassing the previous record of 46.
\nMoreover, he shattered the record of one minute and 30 seconds in a reverse abdominal plank position carrying a 100 lb pack after holding the position for 2 minutes.
