Chief Operation Officer warned if any negligence is found in redressal of public complaints strict action will be taken against the responsible officer or staff. He directed to fully activate Customer Services Centers.<br \/>\nDrive against illegal use of electricity and direct hooks was discussed and important decisions were taken in this regard and COO directed SEs to expedite the campaign against power pilferage .<br \/>\nCE Pesco ordered, no one should be spared if one is involved in power theft,as due to power pilferage Pesco\u2019s distribution system is over loaded on one side and on the other side Pesco\u2019s Line Losses increase.<br \/>\nSimilarly Revenue collection from defaulters was also discussed and important directions were given to expedite the recovery.<br \/>\nIt was decided to immediately disconnect power supply to defaulters and not to restore power supply until the dues are paid.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Islamabad(PR):Provide better facilities to the consumers at their door steps,Chief Engineer Mohsin Raza directed Pesco field staff during his visit of Abbotabad Circle &amp; Mansehra Circle.
