The rich contractors give jobs to beggars in this business. A large number of Pakistani beggars are exported on the eve of Hajj and Umrah, he said this on X in his public service message. He said if beggars are arrested because begging is illegal then big lawyers appear in the courts in connection with their bail. Almost in all cities, administration patronize this business in return for good compensation. The contractors provide pick and drop service to all beggars at begging points. These people are involved in other crimes part time. New methods for begging are evolved, he underlined. A large number of Pakistani beggars are exported on the eve of Hajj and Umrah. 90 percent arrest have been made of Pakistani beggars. These people beg for the construction of mosque or orphan homes generally. They do part time work in pick pocketing field. On the other hand grand operation was launched against professional beggars. City traffic police got registered 220 cases against professional beggars. Number of professional beggars surged during holy month of Ramadan. 4 squads were set up for crackdown against professional beggars.
