\nFour government organizations including PEMRA, PTA, FIA and IB have filed a separate application in the Audio leak case, in the Islamabad High Court and sought the recusal of Justice Babar Sattar in the audio leak case on Saturday.
\nIt was said in the petition that in order to avoid a conflicting decision, Justice Babar Sattar, who heard the petitions of Bushra Bibi and Najam-ul-Saqib, should be separated from the case and the trial of this case should be continued by the same bench that had previously heard the other petition of the same nature in 2021. The position adopted in the application that previously a case of same nature was decided by Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani in 2021.
\nTherefore, to avoid a conflicting decision, Justice Babar Sattar, who heard the petitions of Bushra Bibi and Najam-ul-Saqib, should recuse himself from this case.
\nIt has been requested to the court that not only Justice Babar Sattar should refused to hear this case, but the second bench which decided on a similar application also proceeded with this case.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
