Notice is issued to Khawaja Haris as amicus curiae. NAB also supported appeals.<br \/>\n \u201cThe PTI founder can present his arguments in the upcoming hearing via video link if he wishes to do so [&#8230;] arrangements should be made for presentation of arguments via video link,\u201d Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faez Isa said.<br \/>\nHe said so during the hearing of the federal government\u2019s intra-court appeal filed against the apex court\u2019s 2023 verdict which annulled some of the NAB amendments.<br \/>\nThe bench hearing the case  includes Justice Aminuddin Khan, Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail, Justice Athar Minallah and Justice Hasan Azhar Rizvi.<\/p>\n<p>The court made the preliminary arguments of Makhdoom Ali Khan  as part of order. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NAB amendment case ISLAMABAD Supreme Court (SC) has allowed former Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan to appear through video link on May 16 in NAB amendment case.
