Call up notices have been issued to the respondents. PTI founder Imran Khan will appear through video link. A five members larger bench of SC presided over by the Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Qazi Faez Isa will hear the case.<br \/>\nDuring previous hearing counsel for federal government Makhdoom Ali Khan had given arguments on appeal.<br \/>\nPTI founder had appeared in the court through video link during previous hearing.<br \/>\nThe court has already directed to present PTI founder through video link in next hearing.<br \/>\nKP has requested the court to show next hearing live.<br \/>\nThe plea by KP government was filed through additional advocate general Syed Kausar Ali Shah in the beginning of this week.<br \/>\nThe plea said that hearing of cases of public interest are made live stream from bench one. The hearing of appeals of NAB amendment case has not been made live stream. It is discriminatory treatment.
