\nChairman, Amun Taraqqi Party Muhammad Faiq Shah slammed the government for frequent increase in power tariff and excessive loadshedding as well as failure to arrest inflation and economic slide.
\nTalking to various delegations here at the party central secretariat on Wednesday, Mr Shah said governance was luxurious and people suffered from deprivation and backwardness.
\nThe ATP chief said rising prices of electricity, gas and inflation have snatched the breath of people.
\nHe said extravagant ministers, special aides and rulers are fulfilling IMF funds.
\nEnjoyment of ministers is underway, and there is no connection with people with the government, he added.
\nFaiq said that this democracy and government are not less than punishment for people.
\nThe party chief said business and industry growth was stagnant with no sign of export and investment.
\nHe said governments are fulfilling luxurious needs through circular debts and external loans.
\nEveryone has plundered Pakistan by considering it as a personal property, Mr Shah said.
\nHe added 250million people to the country paying loan, interest and taxes.
\n\u201c10 percent elite segments occupied over resources and business\u201d,
\nHe said there is no one to fight for public rights and raise their miseries.
\nFaiq vowed his party holds accountability with public demand and voice.
\nThe party leader asked youth and competent people to come forward as a giant force.
\nThis is the right time to make Pakistan an independent and autonomous state and liberate it from economic slavery forever, which is the mission of the ATP, Shah stressed.
\nFaiq said people of all provinces have been highly perturbed by the current form of governance.
\nHe emphasized it is essential to fight the holy war against the storm of inflation, frequent increase in prices of electricity, gas tariff, loadshedding and corruption.
