PESHAWAR
\nChairman, Amun Taraqqi Party Muhammad Faiq Shah stressed the need for holding a greater dialogue to end political and economic turmoil. While chairing a meeting of the party\u2019s central executive council here on Friday, Faiq gave a stern warning about worsening situations, if in case any misadventure in politics.
\nThe meeting was attended by central information secretary Awais Khan, Ishtiaq Elahi, and others. He asserted consensus is the best path, adding that peace is a prime requirement for progress, as the country couldn\u2019t afford uncertainty and instability.
\nShah said no courage in politicians holding dialogue and table talk because their personal interests and revenge above all.
\nThe party leader said everyone should jointly work on unified policy in which people, public authority, economic stability and poverty alleviation to be prioritized.
\nHe went on to say that every political party wants power and authority that created confrontation between institutions which gave birth to cruelty and fascism, and its first victim is ordinary citizens.
\nFaiq condemned the recent resurgence of terrorists\u2019 activities in the country.
\nHe prayed for departed souls of martyrs and expressed full sympathy with martyrs\u2019 families.
\nThe ATP chief asked to learn the lesson from the bombing in Bannu district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
\nHe called for devising a joint security network in all provinces including Gilgit Baltistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir, which should work around the clock.
