The Hon\u2019ble Judges bring with them vast experience in commercial and regulatory disputes and have delivered numerous landmark judgments that have significantly influenced the legal landscape.<br \/>\nThe establishment of these separate Company Benches at the High Court of Sindh marks a significant step towards early resolution of cases pertaining to company matters and regulatory affairs.<br \/>\nIt is noteworthy that the Hon\u2019ble Lahore High Court, Hon\u2019ble Islamabad High Court, Hon\u2019ble Peshawar High Court, and Hon\u2019ble High Court of Balochistan have already constituted separate Company Benches.<br \/>\nThe Hon\u2019ble Chief Justices of the respective High Courts are mandated under Sub Section (4) of Section 5 of the Companies Act, 2017 to constitute one or more Company Benches, having exclusive original jurisdiction to adjudicate matters relating to companies and regulatory affairs.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ISLAMABAD The Hon\u2019ble Chief Justice of High Court of Sindh, Mr. Justice Muhammad Shafi Siddiqui, has constituted two Company Benches on the Original Side at the Principal Seat Karachi of High Court of Sindh.
