\nAll Pakistan Association of Traders and Traders Action Committee Islamabad President Ajmal Baloch has said in his statement on Saturday that the business community across Pakistan has not only rejected the trader-friendly tax scheme introduced by the government but also The scheme has been termed anti-trader and demanded the FBR to immediately withdraw the trader-friendly tax scheme SRO and negotiate on the proposals of the trader representatives.
\nHe further said that the valuation table by FBR is impractical and excessive in small cities and various markets including Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Multan, Quetta, Peshawar, and Faisalabad.
\nWhat is the fault of the old tax payers who are also included in this scheme. Increase in tax net is need of time but there is question of capacity of FBR.
\nElectricity bills have broken the back of traders. Doing business in such conditions has become very difficult and if the situation continues like this, the traders will be forced to close the business.<\/p>\n
