\nA women-led digital marketing company has continued its corporate social responsibility by providing young individuals with industry experience through the fulfillment of its third annual mentorship program.
\nFormer Senior Vice President of the Islamabad Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Sadaf Zafar, and CEO of a local company Humaira Yousaf, were chief guests at the ceremony.
\nAt the occasion, Sadaf Zafar said, \u201cEmpowering young professionals is crucial for the growth of our digital economy. The mentorship program is commendable and gives the future generation multiple opportunities.\u201d
\nShe said that mentorship program gave participants practical advice and hands-on training in content marketing, social media, graphic design, and project management from professional mentors.
\nMentees learned transferable skills through one-on-one coaching and real-world projects to satisfy the growing demand for digital marketing experts. These mentees developed social media content for micro-women entrepreneurs to get expertise.
\n\u201cOur mission with the mentorship program was to create a nurturing space where young talent can learn marketable skills,\u201d said Zunaira Omar, CEO of The Squarepeg, the company offering free training to youth for three years.
\nShe added that students presented their hands-on knowledge and expertise in the final event, impressing assessors with their creativity and learning.
\nWe continue to develop young professionals and grow Pakistan\u2019s digital ecosystem, Zunaira Omar added.
\nHumaira Yousaf remarked, \u201cThis program gives mentees essential skills, confidence, and innovation necessary for substantial change.\u201d
