\nA three-day exhibition of handicrafts made by women working at home and Darul Amans concluded at a local hotel in Abbottabad.
\nMashal Azam Yousafzai, the Adviser to the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Ushar, Zakat, Social Welfare, and Women Development, was the chief guest at the closing ceremony.
\nThe exhibition, organized by Social Welfare Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, showcased the handicraft products of Darul Aman and women working from home. Many people, including common citizens and tourists, attended the exhibition, an official handout said.
\nDuring the closing ceremony, Adviser Mashal Yousafzai mentioned that the government will support those who lack assistance, particularly aiming to provide shelter for Darul Aman.
\nShe emphasized the need for a learning and opportunity center to empower and educate women.
\nMashal stated that women can only be empowered through skills and employment, and the Department of Social Welfare is working towards women\u2019s development.
\nShe highlighted that Quaid Imran Khan has always advocated for the empowerment of marginalized communities to progress the country.
\nAdditionally, Adviser Mashal Yousafzai cut a cake to celebrate Pakistan Independence Day. In his message, she expressed that while the dream of acquiring Pakistan\u2019s land has been realized, there are still challenges regarding human freedom in the country.
