Justice Tariq Salim Sheikh has issued 19-page verdict.<br \/>\nThe court has ordered it is binding on FIA to hold inquiry against torture during custody and police encounters. The 2022 amendment has assigned the investigation against government personal to FIA.<br \/>\nThe court remarked it is responsibility of agency to bring to open the truth while collecting evidence.<br \/>\nThe court observed that constitution guarantees for stopping violence against citizens of Pakistan.
