Counsel Aziz Karamat Bhindari has filed petition in Islamabad High Court (IHC) Law secretary, interior secretary and federation have been made respondents. The petition said giving PTI founder to military custody be stopped. It may be ensured that Imran Khan remains in civilian courts and civilian custody.
