\nThe crash, which occurred after 7 a.m., resulted in 11 fatalities and 13 injuries, according to police and state media reports. The students were waiting to enter the school gate when the accident happened, as reported by Xinhua News Agency.
\nAccording to the public security bureau in Dongping county, a bus specially designed for transporting students \u201clost control\u201d at an intersection.
\nThe crash resulted in the deaths of five students and six parents.
\nAmong the 13 injured, one is in critical condition, while the others are stable.
\nThe bus driver is in police custody, and an investigation into the cause of the accident is underway.
