Burden was shifted to national exchequer by fixing the price of electricity high., Load shedding declined but people were ruined economically.<br \/>\nThe petitioner pleaded that people are unable to pay electricity bills being the electricity costly. Additional payments have been made to IPPs which should be withdrawn.<br \/>\nIt was further said in the petition forensic audit of IPPs be conducted.
