IHC has directed sessions judge central court to conduct early hearing and decide the case. These directives were issued by Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb during the hearing of the case Monday. New Toshakhana case against Bushra Bibi came up for hearing in IHC. Counsel Suleman Safdar said Accountability Court (AC) ordered to shift the case on September 9.<br \/>\n When we appeared on September 10 the special judge central proceeded on leave for one week.<br \/>\nCase is fixed for hearing before special judge central Shahrukh Arjumand for hearing for today.<br \/>\nJudge Shahrukh Arjumand had already refused from hearing Iddat case. The court has directed special central judge to hear the case early and give decision.<br \/>\nCounsel Suleman Safdar said notices were issued on bail before arrest. Even then arrest was made.
