Governor KP condemns Gandapur\u2019s derogatory language, seeks rally ban
\n ISLAMABAD
\nKhyber-Pakhtunkhwa Governor Faisal Karim Kundi Thursday criticized KP Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur\u2019 s derogatory language against other parties where he linked PTI to recent unrest and called for Punjab\u2019s Chief Minister to ban the party\u2019s Lahore rally.
\nTalking to a private news channel, Faisal Karim Kundi expressed grave concern over Gandapur\u2019s derogatory remarks, stating that such language can incite hatred and violence and appealed to the Punjab Chief Minister to prioritize public safety and ban the rally to prevent any untoward incidents like May 9.
\nHe said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has been accused of involvement in incidents that created anarchic situations in the country.
\nHowever, the party claims to support those who advocate for women empowerment, youth jobs and economic growth in the province, he highlighted.
\nFaisal Karim Kundi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor, emphasized that Pakistan\u2019s respect comes first, criticizing Ali Amin Gandapur for violating diplomatic norms.
\nKundi stressed that national dignity and sovereignty must be upheld at all costs.
\nHe urged Gandapur to reflect on his actions and ensure such incidents are avoided in the future. Responding to a query, he lashed out that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party has been accused of promoting an anti-state agenda,adding that PTI\u2019s actions have been under scrutiny particularly after the May 9 riots, which resulted in widespread damage and clashes across the country.
\nGovernor lauds establishment of technical training lab at Gomal University with Chinese collaboration
\nGovernor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Faisal Karim Kundi on Thursday lauded establishment of a Technical Training Lab at Gomal University with the collaboration of China.
\nInitial work has begun on the establishment of a Technical Training Lab, with the special interest of the Governor Faisal Karim Kundi and directives from the Chairperson of the National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) Gulmina Bilal.
\nA meeting on the directives of Governor Faisal Karim Kundi who is Chancellor of the University was convened at Gomal University to discuss the project, attended by key figures including Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Shakeebullah, Registrar Zahir Shah Marwat, and representatives from the Chinese organization UNI International Zargham Abbas, and Ghufran Malook, PRO to Governor and Incharge PID Regional Office Dera Muhammad Fazlur Rehman and others.
\nThe meeting highlighted the Governor\u2019s priority to provide economic opportunities for the youth of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
\nUnder the Youth Engagement and Women Empowerment Agenda, the Chairperson of NAVTTC, Gulmina Bilal, has directed UNI International to provide local students with modern facilities for online marketing and trading. Registrar Zahir Shah Marwat said that Gomal University holds a unique position at the confluence of three provinces, benefiting students from these regions.
\nHe emphasized the commitment of Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Shakeebullah Khan to support such initiatives and the university administration\u2019s proactive role in facilitating these efforts.
\nRegisterar Zahir Shah Marwat also commended the contributions of both the Governor and the Chinese organization.
