SCBA expressed deep sorrow over issuance, time and manner of ordinance. Presidential ordinance is practically tantamount to repeal act-2023 which is not acceptable. Supreme Court (SC) had upheld practice and procedure law. Parliament and judiciary are on path of confrontation which will leave disastrous impact on democracy and supremacy of constitution. If judiciary and parliament don\u2019t exercise restraint then the whole system can be derailed.
