Chamber President Saqib Rafiq said in a statement that FBR\u2019s system (Iris) went slow due to heavy filings. Due to the closure of banks and other related institutions on Saturdays and Sundays, taxpayers are facing difficulties in obtaining bank accounts and other documents, he added.
