This initiative grants staff nine days of paid leave following the success of their recent Mega Blockbuster Sale.<br \/>\nThe announcement, made on LinkedIn, encourages employees to completely disconnect from work during this period.<br \/>\nMeesho has urged its staff to refrain from engaging in any work-related activities, including using laptops, checking emails, or participating in virtual meetings.<br \/>\nThe company stated, \u201cWe\u2019re heading into our 4th consecutive company-wide \u2018Reset and Recharge\u2019 break.<br \/>\nAfter the efforts put into this year and our successful Mega Blockbuster Sale, it\u2019s time to fully unplug and focus on ourselves.\u201d<br \/>\nThe objective of this initiative is to allow employees to recharge both mentally and physically, enabling them to return refreshed and ready for the challenges ahead.
