Police included his name in the case unjustly. The eyewitnesses told about unknown accused while solid evidence is also not available. It is requested to the court the bail of the accused be accepted due to insufficient evidences.<br \/>\nThe prosecutor while opposing bail plea said the accused is nominated in the case and was arrested from the scene . The accused was identified in footage too. The witnesses are also present there. Concrete evidence is also available against the accused. Therefore, court is requested to reject his bail plea.<br \/>\nThe court rejected bail plea of the accused after hearing the arguments.<br \/>\nIt is pertinent to mention here that murderous attack was made on Imran Khan during PTI long march in Wazirabad on November 3, 2022. PTI chairman was injured therein.
