SC should either conduct inquiry on its own or it should get hold inquiry through Judicial Commission (JC) on the matter of pressurizing the members of assembly.<br \/>\nThe resolution on 26th constitutional amendment has not been approved in correct way. The election disputes of members of assembly are pending in Election tribunal<br \/>\nThe petitioner requested the court to reject the 26th constitutional amendment by declaring it against the independence of judiciary.<br \/>\nThe independence of judiciary is basic structure of the constitution.
