The milestone was celebrated in a prestigious ceremony at the Hayatabad Sports Complex in Peshawar, where Masood Afridi, the Secretary General of PGTF, awarded Inamullah with the coveted black belt and license card. The event highlighted Inamullah\u2019s dedication and hard work in mastering this martial art.
\nSpeaking at the ceremony, Masood Afridi praised Inamullah\u2019s extraordinary talent and perseverance. \u201cInamullah is a gifted and hardworking athlete who has earned his place through sheer determination. The performance he displayed during the belt promotion test was exceptional,\u201d said Afridi. He further noted that the Global Taekwondo belt promotion tests are known for their rigorous standards, but Inamullah successfully passed with flying colors, proving his mettle.
\nDuring a conversation with journalists, Inamullah shared his inspiring journey. Initially drawn to cricket and volleyball, he was influenced by the physical fitness of local martial artists in his native district of Khyber. This inspired him to pursue martial arts, beginning with Kyokushin Kai Karate. When Global Taekwondo was introduced in Pakistan, Inamullah decided to explore this discipline and began his training.
\nUnder the expert guidance of Masood Afridi, a qualified coach and PGTF\u2019s Secretary General, Inamullah honed his skills at the Hayatabad Sports Complex. He credited his success to divine blessings and the mentorship of his coach. \u201cIt is through Allah\u2019s grace and my coach\u2019s guidance that I have achieved this honor of becoming Pakistan\u2019s first Global Taekwondo black belt holder,\u201d he stated.
