\n\u201cWe can\u2019t keep our handmade woollen shawls in stock,\u201d says Haji Iqbal a local shopkeeper in Peshawar\u201d.
\n\u201cPeople from all over the city are coming to buy these beautiful shawls not just for warmth but also as a fashion statement,\u201d said another shopkeeper.
\nIn Swat, known for its breathtaking beauty and rich cultural heritage, the handmade woolen shawl industry is booming, said a local.
\n\u201cWe have been making these shawls for generations,\u201d says Israr a skilled artisan from Swat.
\n\u201cIt is heartening to see the younger generation taking an interest in our traditional craft,\u201d he added.
\n\u201cI love wearing these shawls,\u201d says, a student at the University of Peshawar.
