The petitioner has confessed his offence and paid the amount. The employee performed service for 43 years and he will have to suffer highly.<br \/>\nThe counsel for the petitioner said Manzoor Mughal was incharge of international mailing .<br \/>\nDAG said citizen of Karachi had sent laptop to US and Manzoor Mughal did not send laptops to US for 40 days.
