{"id":453129,"date":"2025-01-03T00:21:49","date_gmt":"2025-01-02T19:21:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/leadpakistan.com.pk\/news\/?p=453129"},"modified":"2025-01-03T00:21:49","modified_gmt":"2025-01-02T19:21:49","slug":"safety-advisory-for-motorway-travellers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/leadpakistan.com.pk\/news\/safety-advisory-for-motorway-travellers\/","title":{"rendered":"Safety advisory for motorway travellers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>SARGODHA<br \/>\nNational Highways and Motorways Police (NHMP) expanded its campaign\u2019s reach to sensitize motorists traveling on motorways in the dense fog situation and shared video messages in various regional languages to ensure safety of the public property and lives.<br \/>\nTalking to media on Wednesday, an official of NHMP, expressed displeasure over some motorists\u2019 non-cooperative behavior, who he said were ignoring the fog warnings and putting their lives at risk. \u201cSome motorists rejected to cooperate with the police despite stern warnings and bad visibility and forcefully moved safety cones and left for their respective destinations.\u201d<br \/>\nHe asked travelers to keep their vehicles\u2019 fog lights on along with double indicators for the entire journey on highways and motorways where fog had disrupted visibility level.
