While message was sent to former chairman PTI twice. But he also did not appear in the court.<br \/>\nThe court maintained neither the accused nor their counsels appeared despite the fact that the decision is fully prepared and is with me duly signed.<br \/>\nThe court further remarked several opportunities were given to the accused during the trial. .<br \/>\nThe court remarked as I was already on training due to which the decision date of January 6 was deferred till January 13.<br \/>\nIt is pertinent to mention here the decision of reference was reserved on December 18 last year. Earlier the date was fixed as December 23 for announcement of the decision and later new date was fixed as January 6. Later on January 6 new date for pronouncing judgment was fixed January 13.
