According to the letter, the irregularities in the allotment process have led to growing unrest among teachers and staff. The association claimed that residences have been allocated without regard to seniority or merit, resulting in unfair distribution. Furthermore, the PUTA has accused some employees of occupying university houses or transferring to other residences without proper permission, exacerbating the issue.
