One has been kept in \u201cburzakh\u201d since years and now you say the respective department has been closed.<br \/>\nWhat you are talking childishly.<br \/>\nThe matter for not appointing deputy secretary MCA any where even after 7 years came up for hearing in the court.<br \/>\nThe CJ IHC expressed annoyance over non implementation of court\u2019s orders.<br \/>\nThe court directed joint secretaries of ministry of finance and establishment division to appear before it in person next week.<br \/>\nThe CJ IHC remarked who was to implement court\u2019s order. The substitute of the institution which was abolished may have come. Competition commission is whose institution. It falls under whose charge.
