Former president forgave sentence of his son but our prisoner (Aafia) was not released.<br \/>\nHe gave these remarks Friday during hearing of the petition regarding Dr Aafia Siddiqui release and her return to Pakistan here Friday.<br \/>\nThe report containing details of foreign visits of Prime Minister (PM) and Foreign Minister (FM) was presented in the court.<br \/>\nForeign ministry filed report in the court containing replies to the questions of court.<br \/>\nThe court was informed that former US president Joe Biden rejected mercy appeal of Dr Aafia Siddiqui. US have refused to execute agreement with Pakistan on exchange of prisoners. Dr Fozia Siddiqui and his US lawyer Clive Smith appeared in the court through video link.<br \/>\nImran Shafiq counsel for the petitioner and Additional Attorney General (AAG) too appeared in the court.<br \/>\nJustice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan remarked US is showing our worth to us.
