The transformative impact of big data on international policy formulation and diplomatic relations, revealing how data-driven approaches are fundamentally reshaping the landscape of global governance. Data diplomacy represents not merely a technological advancement, but a paradigm shift in how nations interact, negotiate, and pursue their interests in the international arena.
