PPP intra party case came up for hearing before a 3-member bench of EC led by member Sindh Nisar Durrani here Thursday. Counsel Sajid Tanoli appeared on behalf of PPP and told PPP chairman is in US. One month time be given to us. Member Sindh said intra party election was conducted on January 6, 2021. PPP elections are held for four years. Counsel Sajid Tanoli said notice was given to party chairman on February 6. DD Law sent notice and after it we have appeared.<br \/>\nMember Sindh said the elections which were to be held during four years were not conducted. Show cause has been issued to you.<br \/>\nCounsel Sajid Tanoli said Farooq H Naik is too busy due to his responsibilities in Senate.<br \/>\nMember Punjab inquired you need how much time for filing reply.<br \/>\nThe counsel said please give one month time.
