This way statements of 25 witnesses have been recorded so far. Former chairman PTI was presented in the court Saturday on occasion of 9th hearing of the case. Fawad Chaudhry, Raja Basharat, Shehryar Afridi and other accused were present therein. During hearing prosecutor Syed Zahir Shah got recorded statements of 8 witnesses of case. Sub inspector Aqeel Ahmad filed as evidence in the court details of warrant raids and advertisement in respect of absconding accused in the case including Murad Saeed, Hammad Azhar, Raja Basharat and Zulfi Bokhari. On this occasion 8 witnesses of prosecution including sub inspector Babar Sajjad, Rajab Ali, Ahmad Nawaz,ASI Aqeel Ahmad , ASI Adnan Ahsan, Shamrez Mehboob, Constable Talib Hussain, lady constable Simra Ishfaq recorded their evidence.
