\nOfficial sources said that Afghan forces initiated unprovoked firing on Pakistan\u2019s security forces posts. He said Pakistani troops responded with heavy gunfire, targeting the Afghan post and reportedly destroying it.
\nA local resident, on the condition of anonymity, told this scribe that more than two hours heavy cross firing was continued.
\nThe official said Afghan forces targeted Sasobi base camp,Sasobi picket-two and three and Nakai-one posts in Bazaar Zakhakhel.
\nNaik Zahoor Marwat embraced Shahadat while Lance Naik Tahir wounded in the unprovoked firing.
\nTensions along the Pakistan-Afghanistan border have remained high, with frequent skirmishes reported in recent months. Security officials stated that necessary measures are being taken to ensure border security and prevent further escalations.
