\nAs heavy rainfall continues to impact various parts of Peshawar as a warning issued by the PDMA, CBP remains committed to addressing waterlogging and drainage blockages before emerging such issues in cantt areas.
\nTo mitigate the effects of the rain, the department has deployed extra sanitation teams with safety gadgets to work round the clock, clearing water and ensuring the smooth flow of the city\u2019s sewage systems. These proactive measures are designed to minimize disruptions to residents and prevent urban flooding.
\nA CBP spokesperson emphasized, \u201cOur teams are working tirelessly to ensure that the cantt areas remain safe and its infrastructure functions properly during this weather event.
