The court has also stopped police and other relevant agencies from arresting Maj (Retd) Tahir Sadiq.<br \/>\nThe counsel for the petitioner told the court that client is in US and he is returning to Pakistan. Politically motivated cases are registered against me just to harass me, petitioner said.
