Sardar Masroof advocate gave arguments on behalf of the accused on the bail after arrest plea in respect of 9 PTI workers.<br \/>\nThe counsel said the bail of the co-accused has been granted by High Court.<br \/>\nIt is binding on this court to approve bail under article 201 of the constitution. All the accused were not arrested from the scene.
