According to police record the mobile from which the blasphemous material was shared is registered in the name of the accused. The court further remarked technical analysis report apparently proves involvement of petitioner in the crime. The court\u2019s observations given in bail case will not influence the case in trial court. Without going to merit of case, the court thinks the accused is not entitled to bail at this stage of case. Justice Muhammad Azam Khan of IHC rejected bail after arrest plea of accused Khurshid in contempt of court case. The court issued 4-page decision with the reasons for rejecting the bail. ONLINE<br \/>\nFIA had registered case under section 11 of PECA act against the accused for advertising blasphemous material.<br \/>\nIt has been said in the written decision according to counsel of the petitioner the plaintiff got case registered against the petitioner in connivance with FIA. The petitioner is not nominated accused in the case.
