He alleged that Islamabad continues to hold Afghanistan responsible for terrorist activities but has made no serious effort to engage in diplomatic talks.<br \/>\n\u201cThere has been no response to the Terms of Reference (TORs) sent for negotiations with Afghanistan. The federal government is neither initiating dialogue with Kabul nor allowing Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to do so,\u201d he stated, emphasizing the need for engagement to curb terrorism.<br \/>\nBarrister Saif also condemned Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif\u2019s approach, calling him a passive spectator in the face of escalating violence.
