The venture aims to enhance Pakistan\u2019s road freight logistics sector by leveraging NLC\u2019s domestic expertise and DP World\u2019s global supply chain solutions.<br \/>\nThe relevant market for the transaction was identified as \u2018road freight logistics\u2019, a key segment in Pakistan\u2019s trade and transport sector.<br \/>\nFollowing a detailed competition assessment, CCP determined that the transaction does not result in a substantial lessening of competition or the creation of a dominant market position.<br \/>\nThe review also considered horizontal overlaps in road freight logistics and potential vertical integration effects.
