Counsel Babar Awan appeared in the court.<br \/>\nCounsel Babar Awan said notice was issued to the respondents during previous hearing. Some replies have come. The reply from two respondents superintendent jail and IG Jails have not been received.<br \/>\nThe acting CJ IHC inquired is there no session of senate yet.<br \/>\nBabar Awan told the court there is no session of Senate as yet. But Senate committee meeting is underway. The committee whose meeting is being held has asked to produce him. The acting CJ IHC directed we fix the date after Eid ul Fitr. Next session of Senate will take place when.
