The accused lady was arrested at Islamabad airport while going to Saudi Arabi along with her husband . Justice Sardar Tariq Masood of SC heard the bail plea Monday. Prosecutor Anti Narcotics Force (ANF) took the plea 167 grams heroin was recovered from the accused. Heroin packed capsules were recovered from stomach of the accused. Bail application was withdrawn from high court. Justice Sardar Tariq Masood inquired how can the point which was not raised in high court be raised in SC. Had decision taken place on merit in high court then court could do some thing. It will be proper to resort to high court on new ground. The court while rejecting bail plea of the accused directed to resort to proper forum as per law. The accused was arrested from Islamabad airport while going to Saudi Arab along with her husband.
