\nCentral to their discussion was the government\u2019s proposed restoration plan for the inner city of Lahore, which poses a threat to the businesses of approximately 7,000 traders operating along Circular Road and the Shah Alam Market. Mian Anjum Nisar expressed his concerns, stating, \u201cBefore moving forward with any plans, it is essential that the government consults with the traders. We need to work together to find solutions rather than impose changes that could harm our livelihoods.\u201d
\nThe turnout included a significant number of traders from the United Action Committee, who gathered to voice their apprehensions about the looming changes.
