Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Yahya Afridi has remarked the rights of the accused will be protected in the decision regarding completion of trial in 4 months.<br \/>\nDuring hearing of case related to revocation of bail in connection with May 9 incident, counsel Latif Khosa raised objection over the order regarding completion of trial within 4 months taking the plea has it happened ever so that trial is completed within 4 months.<br \/>\nCJP Yahya Afridi remarked learned counsel should not say so. The law asks for holding day to day hearing of cases in anti terrorism court.<br \/>\nThe counsel said trial will become upset due to order of court related to 4 months.<br \/>\nThe CJP remarked trial is matter of respective high court and administrative judge.
